Name a western democratic country, that the west is forcibly pushing onto the rest of the world, that is not in debt, a debt these countries are unable to repay, now look at what they are in debt to.

Yes, you could say that a race of people can indeed reach an advanced or mature state of butchery through evolution, this is evident today, but could you say this advanced state in human evolution is of a high culture, a culture of refined taste and manners? Manners; (used of persons and their behaviour) cultivated and genteel. Vlad the impaler like butchery and torture is the complete opposite of what is called genteel, civilised or of a high civilised state of being.
So how did we get to this stage of debauchery and butchery, an obvious state of uncivilised behaviour, a far cry from what you would deem civilised and genteel?
